Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Returns are only accepted if the item arrives unused and damaged, or if the packaging is damaged upon receipt.

Eligible Returns

  • Item received with manufacturing defects

  • Item damaged during shipping

  • Packaging severely damaged upon delivery

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging are required

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, worn, or washed items

  • Size or color preference issues

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Sale or clearance items
